AGRI FEED PET SUPPLY COVID-19 POLICIES 7/1/20 UPDATE
Hello to all our wonderful customers. We want to check in and give everybody an update on our COVID policies and inform you of new store hours that will take effect beginning July 1, 2020. We would first like to express our gratitude and thank each and everyone one of you who have stayed loyal and supported us through the pandemic as it has extended much longer than we had hoped. This has been a learning experience and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we have adapted to it all.
Agri Feed Pet Supply will be adjusting our business hours for the foreseeable future. This will only affect Middlebrook Pike as these are already the current hours of our Kingston Pike location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that extending our Saturday hours will help you find a convenient time to shop.
NEW BUSINESS HOURS EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2020
MONDAY – SATURDAY: 9AM – 6:30PM
SUNDAY: CLOSED
Current COVID-19 policies will remain in place: We will limit the number of people entering the building if necessary, our cleaning regimens including sanitizing carts and baskets and door handles will remain in place as it is extremely important to us to keep our customers and team healthy. We do REQUIRE that you wear a face mask if you wish to enter the stores and ask that you please keep at least six feet between you and anyone else in the store. The floors are marked to help you understand social distancing.
If you are not comfortable going out in public or coming into the store, we offer local delivery and/or will be glad to bring orders out to your vehicle for curbside pick-up and the drive-thru at Middlebrook Pike remains open.

ONLINE ORDERING AT www.agrifeedpetsupply.com offers the convenience to shop a vast selection of products for CURB-SIDE PICK UP, LOCAL DELIVERY OR SHIPPING. Please understand that we don’t have our full product selection online, but it is still available to you by calling us and we can add it to your order. We are offering FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on orders over $69 and within 10 miles of either location.
CURB-SIDE PICK UP ORDERS can be placed and paid online or over the phone. When you arrive at the store, please give us a call and provide us with your name and type of vehicle. We will bring your order out and load it for you.
DRIVE-THRU IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT MIDDLEBROOK PIKE and orders can be placed and paid online, over the phone or in the DRIVE-THRU.
***INVENTORY***: While we are doing our very best to keep our inventory levels at full capacity so we can meet your needs, we are experiencing some shortages from our vendors. We will be glad to help make recommendations for a substitution.
